Laundry units are shared among all the tenants. Each facility contains two to three washers and dryers. Laundry machines are operated through credit cards.

Available to rent by tenants, the clubhouse can be used for meetings, family gatherings or parties. Clubhouse is equipped with a kitchen, a fireplace, chairs and tables for any occasion.
